With over a decade of experience in the industry, Layne and co. have worked to curate remarkable global events that are authentic to each and every client and destination they service.
Coming from a collective background in creative direction, fine art, and a life lived to the fullest, their level of expertise and attention to detail in the planning and production allows for impeccable design paired with flawless execution and a deep understanding of their client’s style and sensibilities.

With a background in theatre arts and production, Layne’s sharp eye for design, forward thinking approach, and thirst for new challenges has shaped her into a revolutionary artist and creative producer whose work knows no bounds.
Her collaborative style results in highly individualized events, spaces, and projects that have garnered global attention. She is a true master of her craft and is constantly looking to redefine what it means to be an unconventional artist and professional creative in a world that is ever-changing.

Carly pickett
Carly comes to Penny Layne by way of a rich education in fine art and painting. Her transition to event production was a natural progression fueled by her love for immersive artistic experiences and meticulous attention to detail. She is passionate about creating events and experiences that blend innovative design and a stunning, visual language with seamless execution.
Carly is a firm believer that relationships are the cornerstone of great creative work, and her love language is open communication and transparency — which makes her an incredible creative producer.
